From The ET Guardians :– ” The space/time continuum is like a three dimensional relief map. The intergalactic spaces are like `high planes’, punctuated by the “gravity wells” of the galaxies, each having a “Black Hole” at its centre, which is a point where the gravitational field is so intense that the sides of the gravity well become vertical.
This punches a hole in the space/time continuum where nothing material can exist, but where there is continued existence at higher dimensional levels.
Time cannot be said to pass at a certain rate; or things to have a certain age. The rate of passage of time depends on where one is located in the `three dimensional relief map’ of space/time. If one is located in intergalactic space, far from any galactic gravity well, time would pass at it’s fastest rate. However, if one were located on the outer fringes of a galactic gravity well, time would pass much slower, and the closer one was to the gravity well’s centre [the "Black Hole"], the slower time would pass.

I know time could be changed for this message explains some of it. that boy also changed time.
Wham bam thank you, ma’am, my questoins are answered!
