Firstly, so what you are basically saying is that as long i am positive and not mentally/emotionally depressed i’ll be fine right? I won’t get psychosis or anything.

Secondly, how is it that single minded attention/concentration/focus/thoughts on what your doing opens the third eye. Is it because whenever you concentrate you use your third eye?

Thirdly, is it possible for me to be able to achieve only particular psychic powers, such as clairvoyance-( being able to see far distances without a telescope) since i love astronomy, but not the other clairvoyance abilities such as seeing the future. Because seeing the future scares me, i don’t want to see all the bad things that are going to happen , especially to my family and stuff, i don’t want to be seeing when they pass away or something and etc.. How do i prevent getting this ability if i open my third eye. Is it possible for me to be selective in gaining psychic powers other words by opening the third eye and if so, is there specific methods.

Sorry it had to be long, but its just 3 things that i really want to know before i begin.

Hello dear Tarun,
When you have a spiritual awakening experience, your Kundalini is alerted to the fact that you have started out on the spiritual path, and is also awakened. She begins to rise up through your chakras from the Root chakra, but She is partly blocked if any of your chakras are constricted, so you really have to start clearing your chakras from the Root upward. Your chakras will clear as you begin to live a spiritual life, with right thoughts and right actions.
Your third Eye chakra will open if you dont put your attention into wrong things; keep your attention single (Dont try to do two things at one time, like reading the paper and watching TV, or browsing catalogues, or window shopping, where you jump your attention rapidly from one thing to another.) There is no danger in opening your Third Eye chakra if you live a decent life and keep your vibrational level high. Your Third Eye may not open if any of the chakras below it are constricted, because the Kundalini cannot reach it.

what if you open your 3rd eye first the 6th chakra, will i have a horrible spiritual awakening such as bad experiences or might i end up with psychosis or something. In another words is it a must to open the the heart chakra first or wil i be ok if i open the third eye(6th chakra) first.

Hello dear Bryan, You have a “catch” at your Throat chakra; this chakra is about self expression, but it can catch from a number of other things, like feeling guilty/shame/unworthiness; smoking; breathing polluted air; allergies, etc. You also have a catch at Left Heart, which is the place of the mother. This chakra can catch if your mother is ill, or if you are on bad terms with your mother. Heart can also catch from Heart Disease, or smoking; asthma, etc. Love and Light dear Bryan, from Rananda.

Hi dear Vandana,
So lovely to hear from you. I think you are one of my FaceBook friends.
I’ve just checked your chakras and they are pretty “cool”. (When they are hot or tingly they are constricted or “catching”) Your Crown chakra is open and very cool, but you have slight catches at Throat and 3rd Eye chakras. Throat is all about self expression:- not expressing enough or too much; but it can be a lot of other things, like smoking; feeling guilty; unworthiness; ear/nose/throat ailments; breathing polluted air; allergies, etc. 3rd Eye is all about misusing your attention, which is directed through your eyes. It can catch from :- Switching your attention from one thing to another rapidly, as in window shopping or browsing catalogues; too much reading, computer, TV, tiring your eyes; trying to do two things at the same time, like watching TV and reading the newspaper; solar glare, etc.
Your chakras can also catch from people you associate with, or family members who are catching a chakra. You need to put yourself in a protective sphere of Light every morning when you arise, or if you are going to be in the company of negative people or big gatherings.

Hello dear A,
You are quite right, it is all about remembering Who you are. I `feel’ that you have already opened your Higher Heart chakra through your unconditional Love and compassion for others. Those who are working at opening Higher Heart are usually into some sort of healing modality, for free. When your Higher Heart has opened, you have taken the first step into Christ Consciousness and 5D awareness; and your Angel wings have just begun to grow. (These can be seen with clairvoyant vision.) The next move is to strengthen your connection to your Higher Self (“Father”) Who resides at your Higher Crown chakra, a hand’s length above the Crown. You can do this by asking Him, just before sleep, to tell you what you most need to know right now; then record your dreams. You can also ask Him other questions that you are concerned about. After a while when you have established this line of communication, Father will use it to come through to you, without you having to ask every time. In this way you will open your Fourth Eye chakra. (At the back of your head, at the top; Indigo and Gold.) When you have opened all of your Higher chakras, you will rise up into your Higher Crown chakra, and become One with your Higher Self. 6D is the home of the Angels and Masters.

Thank you so much for this wonderful website. I am so blessed to be in the process of being reminded of what I already KNOW and AM.
